China Represent!

if you're a basketball fan from SoCal, odds are, you're a laker fan. and who can blame you? being one of the elite teams in the NBA, and hearing the "beat LA" chant on TV... its something to be really proud of. even though their winning streak is done (they're 7-1).

also, something new to be proud of, is LA drafting the first Chinese guard to the NBA (40th overall): Sun Yue.

never heard of him? dont worry, you will in the next two years or so. he's a 6-foot-9 guard who already looks better than Luke Walton (which the lakers are wasting money on, btw) by the looks of his highlights and pre-draft laker camp. give him time to learn the triangle offense, and the next thing you'll know, he'll be right there in Phil Jackson's regular player rotation.

his pre-draft workout footage. looks like he has a promising future.

peep the handles of his that broke some dude's ankles at 3:10. (and luke walton can't dunk like this to save his life)

and just a quick one, its the game China vs. USA when Sun Yue swat's Melo's layup. siiiick.

he also blocked Dwight Howard's dunk, but of course, no one would dare to record that.

kikoliwag.
