College Life (the wack part).

college life is sick: kicking back with friends, cup of noodles everyday, no curfew, sleepovers every night, and even parties every once in a while (although im not a big party goer)... but thats only part of it. theres also the going to class part, massive loads of essays, projects, and reading assignments, no good home-cooked meals, and the pressure to do well (or else you pretty much die).

my first week of this semester pretty much had all of that. but mostly just the bad stuff.

my handy schedule card... i guess i have an OKAY class schedule for this semester:

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY
9:40 a.m. - 10:55 a.m. Freshman Business Special Topic
11:35 a.m. - 12:50 p.m. Microeconomics
1:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. Rhetoric & Composition 131

TUESDAY/THURSDAY
1:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. Ethics

FRIDAY
9:40 a.m. - 10:55 p.m. Freshman Business Workshop



you'd think the first day of class would be chill... but no. all these notes were taken on the first class.


lunch and dinner. i dont even eat breakfast.

damn, i have a lot of sh*t on my plate right now: the start of the semester and i already have a paper and a project to do, buying $200 books, trying to get buff by going to the gym everyday, along with other stuff you dont need to know. oh, and not to mention write my post for the official U.L.A.M blog.

so thats why i havent blogged for the past week.

but i know the wedding crashers rule i live by, so all i could do right now is say, im f*cking up right now. i promise to update you guys on this blog (and the U.L.A.M site) when i have time.

Star Gazing.

theres nothing better than looking at the stars on top of a hill at 4 o'clock in the morning. but it would kinda suck if you work hard to get to the top of the hill, and its too foggy to see the stars. but the adventure is still pretty fun, i guess.

we just happen to pick a hill totally made out of wet sand.

First Semester Reunion?

the last few weeks of my first college semester, i finally found a group of people that i connect with. so leaving for break was hard. its like i leave my family for college, then i leave my family for home. sounds like something a little "school boy bitch" would say (shout out to my cousins JC and MIKKO), but hey, it is what it is.

so the point of me telling you about them is because theyre the reason why i havent blogged for the past week. this whole week, theyve been sleeping in my room, totally taking up my time (in a good way). but never fear, i sacrificed going to the gym so i could blog.

i found out that my roommate Keith (aka Boomer) isnt coming back to USF next semester. that means, i have the room to myself. so i thought i would change it up a bit. you know, make it more "kiko".

damn. winter break went by pretty quick, when i think about it. time to move back into the dorm hall. it sucks, because the longer i stay home, the more attached i get, and the more i dont wanna leave. BUT, its the same with school (or the people there). the more i stay there, the more i get attached, and the more i dont wanna go back home. so it sucks either way.

I Love L.A.

one of the perks of being from SoCal, is that you're allowed to be a fan of one of the best basketball teams in the NBA: Los Angeles Lakers. that's right, i said "allowed", because if you're a Laker fan, and you're not from SoCal, you're just seen as someone on the band wagon (sorry).

well anyways, i try to go to at least one laker game per season, so i guess this one against the Indiana Pacers is the game.

oh by the way, on the way to Staples Center, i got rearended on the 605 freeway by some Chola that didnt have insurance. fuck my life. but dont trip, me and rj are fine, and its only a small unnoticable dent. State Farm is handling my sh*t.
